INSTACAL ENGINEERS PVT LTD with its commitment to continual improvement of its management systems will ensure that its personnel are well trained in the documentation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Quality Objectives:

  1. To ensure all requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 are complied with and communicated to all Laboratory personnel.
  2. To make sure there is a continuous improvement in the knowledge, competence and skill and overall development of individuals.
  3. To achieve minimal customer complaints and non conformities during audits.
  4. To evaluate the laboratory through internal audits and QC checks and inter lab comparison on a continual basis.
  5. On time Calibration Certificate delivery.
  6. Maintaining Accreditation as per NABL Norms.
